COUPLER GAGES

PG&T offers a complete line of coupler reconditioning gages. Including but not limited to 44057, 44250-3, 47120-2 and 36527-3.

CERTIFICATION AND REPAIR

All gages are certified in our climate-controlled laboratory, with 48-hour turnaround if required. We certify tape measures, torque wrenches, torque testers, pressure gages, electronic gages, standard measuring tools and all railroad gages to meet AAR M-1003 specifications. I.D. numbers are laser etched on gages at no additional cost. Customers are notified of needed repairs.

SPECIAL GAGING

PG&T's design department has experienced and qualified personnel to design special gaging needs. Computerized design capabilities include gages for AutoCAD® 14. The coupler inspection gage shown (34102) was built out of an aluminum weldment versus a casting to reduce cost and weight.
